Office Assistant
We are looking for a friendly and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Jabal-Ali. This position is ideal for an individual with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a demonstrated commitment to customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Requirements:
-At least 1 year of experience in an office setting
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other computer applications
-Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
-Flexibility and adaptability for changing situations
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Job Duties:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, handling incoming mail/packages and responding to general inquiries from staff or clients. Additional duties include but are not limited to data entry into databases or spreadsheets; filing documents; photocopying; scheduling meetings; managing calendar appointments; coordinating travel arrangements; preparing correspondence (memos, emails); ordering office supplies; maintaining records (inventory lists); organizing filing systems etc. The successful candidate will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service by attending promptly any client issues that may arise.
