We are searching for an experienced and passionate Teacher to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience teaching in a classroom setting and be willing to work with students from a range of backgrounds and abilities. The successful applicant will be expected to provide engaging lessons that promote student development, foster critical thinking, and encourage creativity.

Job Description:
The Teacher is responsible for teaching content according to the curriculum standards and lesson plans provided by the school district. In addition to leading classes, the Teacher must also evaluate student performance, maintain records, develop lesson plans, participate in meetings/trainings with staff and administrators, and communicate with parents/guardians on behalf of their students. This individual must also create a learning environment that is safe, respectful, and supportive for all students.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare course materials for classes including lectures, class activities, assignments, tests/quizzes etc;
• Evaluate students’ performance using appropriate assessment tools;
• Support student learning by developing strategies to differentiate instruction;
• Encourage critical thinking skills among students through class discussion;
• Attend staff meetings or parent/teacher conferences when necessary;
• Establish positive relationships with parents/guardians of students;
• Keep accurate records of student attendance and grades;
• Implement discipline strategies as outlined by school policy;
• Stay up-to-date on developments in the educational field.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field;
• 2+ years of experience teaching in a classroom setting;
• Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices;
• Ability to differentiate instruction based on individual student needs;
• Understanding of classroom management techniques for diverse student populations;
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written;
