Barista - 1100QAR/Month - Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages.

The successful candidate should have a strong background in the service industry, with a minimum of two years experience as a Barista. They should also be knowledgeable about different types of coffee beans, flavors, and brewing methods. The Barista should have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service by greeting guests in a friendly manner and able to make recommendations for drinks or food.

The Barista will be responsible for:
• Preparing various coffee beverages including espresso-based drinks, cold brews, teas, and more
• Taking orders from customers
• Operating cash registers or POS systems to process payments from customers
• Educating customers about new products and flavor combinations
• Ensuring all coffee machines are operating properly and maintained regularly
• Keeping workstations clean throughout the day and restocking supplies when needed

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Barista
• Knowledgeable about different types of coffee beans, flavors, and brewing methods
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends & holidays
