Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Cashier to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for accepting payments from customers and providing them with accurate change.

Requirements for the Candidate
To be considered for this position, candidates must have at least two years of experience working as a cashier in a retail setting. Candidates must also possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure, and be comfortable handling large sums of money. In addition, applicants must possess strong verbal communication skills and be reliable, dependable, and honest.

Duties & Responsibilities
The primary duties of the Cashier include accurately recording sales transactions, accepting payments from customers (cash or credit/debit cards), counting money in the register drawer at the beginning and ending of each shift to ensure accuracy of funds, issuing receipts to customers, handling returns or exchanges when necessary, maintaining a clean workspace at all times, stocking shelves when necessary, answering customer questions as needed, and following all safety protocols. The Cashier may also assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent; previous experience working as a cashier; knowledge of basic arithmetic; excellent communication skills; strong organizational skills; the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; attention to detail; good judgement; problem-solving abilities; proficiency with computers/basic technology; the ability to work long hours standing up without any difficulty; flexibility with scheduling (including nights/weekends); willingness to learn new techniques/processes as needed; and reliability.
