We at Al Shamkhah City are looking for a Salesman to join our team and help us grow our business. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and an aptitude for customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging customers in conversation, understanding their needs and helping them find the right product or service to meet their needs. This position requires a person who is polite, friendly, patient and solutions-oriented.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service;
• Identify customer needs through active listening;
• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs;
• Offer advice on suitable products or services;
• Explain product features to customers;
• Answer any questions customers may have;
• Follow up on customer inquiries by phone or email;
• Ensure all sales transactions are completed accurately;
• Update customer records in the CRM system.
Working Conditions: The Salesman will work from 9 am - 5 pm from Monday - Friday. Occasional evening/weekend work may be required depending on business demands.
