We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and friendly Barista to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. This position requires an individual with excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be expected to provide customers with quality coffee drinks, maintain the café’s cleanliness, and perform other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role, however we are willing to consider candidates without any prior experience who demonstrate enthusiasm and aptitude for the job. We value respect for both customers and other staff members, so we require all candidates to display exceptional interpersonal skills.

To be considered for this role you must:
• Have excellent customer service skills;
• Be able to work under pressure;

• Be fluent in English or Arabic (or both) language;
• Be punctual and reliable;
• Be able to take directions from supervisors easily;
• Be flexible when it comes to working hours;
• Possess a valid driver’s license (preferred).
