Job Summary:
We are looking for a Waiter to join our team at our restaurant in Doha. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the restaurant industry, a good knowledge of the menu, and be ready to serve customers from all walks of life with enthusiasm and professionalism. This role offers an attractive salary of 1200 Doha riyals per month. We are also willing to consider applications from immigrants.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service during the dining experience. This includes taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages promptly, resolving issues quickly and efficiently, and maintaining a clean working environment throughout the shift. Additional duties include setting up tables with cutlery and condiments prior to service, checking on customers’ satisfaction during the meal, clearing away dishes after the meal has been finished, collecting payments from customers when required, and following all safety guidelines issued by the restaurant management.

Requirements:
• Two years of experience in a restaurant setting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
• Knowledge of food safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills in English
