We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Doha on a full-time basis. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the coffee industry, excellent customer service skills and a passion for making great coffee.

The main responsibilities of the Barista include preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, maintaining a clean and organized work area, stocking the bar with supplies such as coffee grounds, milk, sugar, tea leaves etc., taking orders from customers, providing them with an excellent customer experience and communicating any special requests or needs to supervisors.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, have a positive attitude and be able to work well as part of a team. The ability to multi-task is essential in this competitive environment. In addition to the above requirements, applicants should have good English language skills and be familiar with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
