Barista in Doha, Qatar


We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Doha. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, such as coffee and tea, as well as other food items. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean work area and following all health and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, including the ability to listen attentively to customer orders and take initiative when needed. You should also have strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working as a Barista is preferred but not required.

The successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of coffee varieties and preparation techniques in order to provide customers with an outstanding experience. Additionally, you must have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues while demonstrating a positive attitude at all times. Lastly, you must be willing to take ownership of your job responsibilities while being open to feedback from supervisors or peers.
