We are looking for an experienced Teacher to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The successful candidate should have a minimum of three years’ experience in teaching and possess the necessary qualifications and skills to be successful in the role.
The primary responsibility of the Teacher is to provide a safe, secure and nurturing learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential. This will include developing lesson plans, delivering instruction and assessing student progress. The Teacher will also assist in managing student behavior, promote positive values and foster a passion for learning in their students.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate students to excel. A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Education is preferred but not essential with other qualifications considered if relevant experience is present.
Specific requirements include:
• Ability to plan, organize and deliver effective lessons
• Ability to use good judgment when dealing with students
• Knowledge of current learning methods and resources
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents
• Ability to manage student behavior effectively
• Ability to maintain classroom discipline
We are ready to consider foreign applicants for this position however a working knowledge of Arabic language is preferable but not essential. In addition, applicants must be willing to reside in Al Shamkhah City for at least two years after appointment as part of the contract terms. The salary for this position is 1000 per month.
