Office clerk in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of office activities, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot basic computer problems. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.
The main duties of an Office Clerk include responding to customer inquiries, keeping records organized, processing paperwork, preparing reports, filing documents, scheduling appointments and taking minutes during meetings. Additionally, they may be asked to make travel arrangements or assist with other tasks related to the organization’s operations.
We are offering a salary of 1200 AED per month for this position. We are open to considering applications from both local candidates and foreign workers alike; no prior experience is necessary as we can provide training on the job if required.
