We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Barista to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, shakes, and more.

The Barista should be passionate about coffee and have a friendly, outgoing personality. He or she should also have a good understanding of customer service principles and practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have an eye for detail, and demonstrate the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

The successful candidate will be expected to create the perfect coffee experience for each customer, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the coffee shop. He or she must adhere to all health and safety regulations in handling food products as well as comply with all applicable laws when serving alcoholic beverages.

Candidates should have at least some prior experience working as a barista in an upscale cafe setting. No formal qualifications are required but knowledge of specialty drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes and other espresso-based drinks is beneficial. We welcome foreign applicants but require proof of eligibility to work in Qatar upon hiring.
