We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Barista to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, including specialty coffees, teas, smoothies, and other beverages. A Barista must also be knowledgeable about the products available in the café and be able to suggest items to customers.

The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with excellent communication skills and a desire to provide exceptional service. They should also have good organizational skills with the ability to multitask. The successful applicant must have prior experience as a Barista or a similar position in the foodservice industry. Knowledge of different coffee-making techniques is strongly preferred.

The primary duties of this role include:
• Preparing beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, milkshakes, and other specialty drinks
• Operating machines such as grinders and espresso machines
• Taking orders from customers
• Recommending items to customers based on their preferences
• Maintaining cleanliness of work area
• Ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed
• Adhering to health codes and ensuring all food is stored safely
• Following company policies and procedures
• Keeping accurate records of sales transactions

This role requires standing for extended periods of time so it is important that applicants are physically fit and able to work long hours if necessary. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1400 per month plus any tips they receive from customers. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
