We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

This position requires a hard-working professional with excellent interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving abilities. The successful applicant will be required to prepare drinks according to customer specifications, maintain the cleanliness of the café and provide friendly, prompt service. The Barista should have an eye for detail when it comes to presentation and be able to work independently while providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare hot and cold drinks according to customer specifications
• Suggestively sell beverages and food items
• Receive payments from customers
• Ensure correct handling of all products
• Maintain cleanliness of the café at all times
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Restock shelves as necessary
• Address customer complaints in a friendly manner
• Have knowledge of espresso drinks, tea varieties, specialty drinks, food items, etc.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a barista is an advantage but not required
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in teams or independently
• Must be able to understand different cultures
