We are looking for a passionate barista to join our cafe in Doha. Our ideal candidate should have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills, and an aptitude for providing an exceptional coffee experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving coffees, teas, and other specialty drinks to our customers. They must be able to work quickly and accurately while adhering to all health and safety guidelines. Additionally, they will be expected to maintain a high level of hygiene in the cafe, handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner, upsell when appropriate, and ensure the cafe is kept clean at all times.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry. They should also possess exceptional communication skills with fluency in both English and Arabic as well as strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Those with prior knowledge of coffee making techniques are highly preferred.
