We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, organized and have excellent communication skills. The role involves working with customers to prepare and serve coffee drinks, as well as other food items.

The successful candidate will need to be able to provide exceptional customer service while using their creative skills to interpret customer orders and create delicious drinks. As a Barista, you will be responsible for taking orders, preparing beverages according to recipes and standards and providing outstanding customer service. You should also be able to maintain a clean work area during business hours.

To qualify for this position, you must have experience in the hospitality industry or prior experience in a similar role. You must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure. A working knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is essential for this role as is experience in cash handling, food preparation, customer service and product knowledge. A passion for coffee is also an asset!
