We are looking for a Barista to join our team at an exciting up-and-coming café in Doha. This position is responsible for providing and delivering excellent service to customers in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee drinks, as well as other beverages, in accordance with customer requests. They must be able to accurately calculate change, properly operate point of sale systems and take payment from customers in a courteous manner. Additionally, they must possess knowledge of the menu items and help customers select the right drinks for their needs.

Other essential duties include: stocking supplies for beverages, maintaining cleanliness of café premises, adhering to proper food safety practices and providing outstanding customer service at all times. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position, as well as one year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Candidates should also demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues and management. We are open to considering foreign candidates who fulfill all other requirements for this position.

The successful applicant will receive a salary of 1400 per month plus tips or commission depending on performance throughout their tenure at our café.
