Job Summary:
We are looking to hire an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team of professionals in Doha. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the principles and techniques of land surveying, and have experience in preparing survey plans and related documents. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys on public or private land, as well as preparing accurate survey plans and maps using high-precision instruments and other equipment.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• A degree in surveying or a related field is required.
• Must have a valid license to practice land surveying in Doha.
• Should possess strong knowledge of land surveying principles, practices, instruments, and techniques.
• Must be able to interpret various land records and legal documents.
• Must have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proven experience with relevant software is preferred (AutoCAD).
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments is essential.
• Experience working with immigrants is desirable.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus but not required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Collecting data from field surveys for various types of projects including boundary lines, waterways, topography, etc., using advanced survey instruments such as total stations and GPS systems.
• Analyzing data collected from surveys to determine property boundaries, topographical features, right-of-way limits, etc., based on legal descriptions provided by clients or other sources.
• Preparing detailed survey plans and maps using AutoCAD software or other relevant applications per client specifications or legal requirements. • Maintaining accurate records of survey results including measurements taken at the site as well as any changes made to the property boundaries during the process of surveying it accurately according to given instructions or laws governing it.. • Monitoring changes in environmental conditions that could affect the accuracy of surveys such as new construction works or vegetation growth near the site being surveyed that might alter its features significantly. • Co-coordinating with other departments within an organization for efficient delivery of project objectives according to given timelines.. • Collaborating with clients for additional information needed about their project objectives on a regular basis..
