We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Doha. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and an eye for detail. The successful candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision and take responsibility for the smooth running of the cafe.

The key duties of the Barista include:
- Preparing and serving a range of coffee drinks such as espresso, cappuccino and latte
- Ensuring that customers are served promptly and courteously
- Keeping the cafe tidy, organized and well-stocked
- Upselling food, drinks and other products
- Cashiering duties
- Accepting payments from customers
- Ensuring that health & safety regulations are adhered to

The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Knowledge of coffee making processes and equipment, such as espresso machines
- Excellent customer service skills
- A good command of English language – both verbal & written
