The successful candidate must have at least 3 years experience working in a similar role, preferably in Dubai. They must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and have experience of managing large teams of staff successfully. They should also have excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, as well as being highly organised with great attention to detail. A high level of computer literacy is also essential for this role.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, including overseeing the team of staff and ensuring that the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times. You will be expected to monitor staff performance, handle customer complaints effectively and ensure that food safety regulations are adhered to at all times. You will also be tasked with developing promotional activities and raising awareness of the restaurant through marketing initiatives such as social media campaigns. Finally, you will be responsible for preparing weekly reports outlining sales figures and performance reviews for management review.
