Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at our Doha cafe. You will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas, to customers in a timely manner. You will also provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring their orders are accurate and made to their satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about different types of coffee beans and brewing methods, as well as have a friendly personality that guests can rely on for a great experience every time.

Requirements for the Candidate

• Previous experience working in a cafe/restaurant or similar customer service role is preferred but not required
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately
• Knowledgeable about different types of coffee beans and brewing methods
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (additional language is an advantage)
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
