We are looking for an experienced barista to join our busy cafe in Doha. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a friendly and vibrant atmosphere, meeting customers from all over the world and serving them delicious coffee. The salary is 1400 per month. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role.

Job Summary: As our Barista, you will be responsible for serving customers with high quality coffee beverages, following company standards and procedures. You should have a passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills to ensure that all customers leave with a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare coffee beverages according to company standards;
• Adhere to health and safety regulations;
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment;
• Monitor inventory of supplies needed for making coffee beverages;
• Greet customers warmly and take orders;
• Provide friendly service with a smile;
• Listen carefully to customer requests and respond accordingly;
• Ensure accuracy when taking orders and preparing drinks;
• Make recommendations for new drinks or add-ons;
• Package drinks for takeaway orders when necessary;
• Keep up-to-date on new products or promotions.
