Office assistant vacancy in Reef Al Fujairah City UAE for foreigners
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City. The position comes with a salary of 1400 per month and is open to both local and foreign applicants who have no experience in this role.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company, including daily organizational tasks such as filing, preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and answering incoming calls. They will also be required to manage office supplies and equipment and ensure the office remains neat and tidy at all times. Furthermore, they will need to be comfortable interacting with teams in various departments and providing them with the necessary support.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. They must also be a self-starter, able to take initiative without direct supervision. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is desired but not required.
