Job Duties:
• Ensure that all guests receive prompt, courteous service from the moment they enter the restaurant.
• Take orders accurately and prepare drinks as per customers’ request.
• Prepare accurate bills for customers and accept payments as required.
• Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Clean tables and dining area after guests have left the restaurant.
Requirements:
• Proven experience working as a waiter in a high-end hotel or restaurant setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
