Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Waiter to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure that our guests have an excellent dining experience. They should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks with ease, and be highly motivated and organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at their tables and take their orders in a professional manner.
• Ensure that the food is prepared according to the menu specifications and presented attractively.
• Record orders accurately and use the point-of-sale system efficiently when taking payments.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area as well as clean dishes, utensils, and other items as needed.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels at all times and promptly address any complaints or issues.
• Assist with setting up tables for customers or special events as required.
• Restock supplies as necessary throughout the shift.

Qualifications
• Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail are essential for this role.
• A good understanding of food preparation techniques is beneficial for this position.
• Proven ability to work well independently and as part of a team is essential for success in this role.

Compensation
Our Waiter position offers an excellent salary package of 1500 QAR per month plus benefits including medical insurance and vacation time after completion of probationary period.
