Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team at Reef Al Fujairah City. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of office experience. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, as well as organizing and maintaining the office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone
• Manage the daily calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate special events
• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
• Prepare correspondence, memos, reports and other documents
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and other paperwork
• Manage office supplies inventory and order supplies when needed
• Assist with data entry tasks when necessary
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven 1+ year experience in a similar role in an office setting
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills • Self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills • Positive attitude with strong work ethic
