Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems and components, as well as developing maintenance strategies. This includes the design and development of electrical solutions to meet customer needs, troubleshooting existing electrical systems, identifying potential problems, and providing solutions. The successful candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Electrical Engineer will be to design and develop electrical solutions for customers. This involves researching new technologies, creating designs that meet customer specifications, running simulations on designs, troubleshooting existing designs, creating cost estimates for various projects, reviewing completed projects for accuracy, writing reports on projects when needed, providing technical support to customers and other departments when necessary. Additionally the Electrical Engineer will also be responsible for overseeing the installation of electrical systems at customer sites, ensuring all safety regulations are met and coordinating with other teams during project completion.

Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. A Master’s degree or higher is preferred but not required. The successful candidate should have strong knowledge on the fundamentals of electricity including Ohm's Law, Kirchhoff's Laws etc., along with related mathematical formulas. Additionally the candidate should have strong analytical skills as well as excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of various software programs such as AutoCAD and MATLAB is preferred but not required. We are willing to consider candidates who have recently immigrated to Al-Kuwait for this position as well.
