Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled carpenter for a full-time role in Dubai with a salary of 1600. This vacancy is open to both experienced and inexperienced candidates from all backgrounds. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting, repairing and constructing timber structures such as furniture, cabinets, doors, windows and other structures.

Responsibilities

The main responsibility of the successful candidate will be to craft timber structures according to the specific needs of the customer. This includes designing, measuring and cutting pieces of wood according to plans or specifications as well as assembling and finishing the product by sanding and staining where necessary. The carpenter will also be responsible for repairing existing structures such as furniture or doors that are damaged or broken due to wear and tear or accidental damage.

Qualifications

Experience in carpentry is desired but not essential. The successful candidate should have a good understanding of tools and materials used in carpentry, basic math skills (including fractions) and a good eye for detail. A good work ethic is essential, with an ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, any certifications or qualifications related to carpentry would be beneficial but not required for this role
