Accountant – Al Shamkhah City
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and reliable Accountant to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounts, preparing and analyzing financial statements, creating reports and advising on financial matters.
The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of accounting principles and standards, experience in dealing with financial statements and strong analytical skills. A foreign candidate is welcome to apply for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the company’s accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledgers
• Prepare monthly closing reports including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement
• Monitor expenses against budget
• Analyze financial data to identify trends or discrepancies
• Prepare journal entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Provide support to internal/external auditors during audit processes
• Produce accurate financial reports to meet internal and external deadlines
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven working experience as an accountant (no experience accepted)
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office software (Excel & Word)
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal & written)
Salary: 1500 per month
