Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced waiter to work in our Dibba-El-Fujairah restaurant. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. You will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service, taking orders from customers, ensuring food is delivered promptly and accurately, and helping to create a warm atmosphere so that our guests can truly enjoy their experience with us.

Duties:
Your duties will include but not limited to greeting customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently, serving food to guests in a timely manner, ensuring all tables are clean at all times, providing excellent customer service with a smile at all times and adhering to all health and safety standards. You may also be asked to assist with other tasks such as setting up buffet tables, running food from the kitchen or delivering take-out orders.

Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills and an understanding of the importance of providing great customer experience. Ideally you should have prior experience as a waiter or waitress in a restaurant setting but we are open to considering applicants without any prior experience. You should also be able to understand English well enough to take orders accurately and speak politely with customers. In addition you must have good organizational skills, be able to multitask efficiently and have a flexible approach towards working hours as shifts may vary.
