Job Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in carpentry. We are willing to consider applications from candidates from abroad.

Job Duties:

• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.
• Cut or shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall, and other materials.
• Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors and door frames.
• Assemble and fasten materials to make framework or props.
• Fit stairs with railings and construct staircases.
• Install cabinets and hang doors.
• Install finished products such as windows and molding fixtures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Read blueprints and drawings to determine the correct measurements of the project pieces.
• Review project plans prior to construction commencement in order to ensure all procedures are done correctly according to specs.
• Secure wooden structures with nails or screws as appropriate for a given building project.
• Perform repairs on existing structures when needed by replacing damaged boards or other components as required by the job specifications. • Carry out regular maintenance checks on all carpentry work completed in order to ensure that it remains in good condition over time. • Adhere strictly to safety protocols throughout the construction process at all times in order to minimize risks of injury or damage on the job site.
