Office Assistant, Reef Al Fujairah City
We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities:
• Answer all incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, as well as greeting visitors
• Handle daily office tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and faxing
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
• Maintain an orderly office environment by organizing supplies in an efficient manner
• Distribute incoming mail to appropriate staff members
• Ensure all outgoing mail is properly addressed
• Set up meeting rooms with necessary equipment, supplies, etc.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Provide general administrative support to senior staff members when necessary
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers and copiers
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate professionally at all levels
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) preferred
Salary: 1400 AED/monthly. We are ready to consider an immigrant. We expect minimal work experience.
