Dietitian Vacancy in Doha

We have a great opportunity for an experienced or inexperienced Dietitian to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be expected to plan, develop and implement dietary plans for our patients, ensuring that nutritional needs are met and providing advice on healthy eating habits. The salary offered is 1300 QR per month.

Demands for the Candidate

The ideal candidate must possess excellent knowledge of nutrition and dietetics, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. We would prefer a degree in Dietetics or Nutrition but consider applicants with other qualifications. An understanding of cultural diversity is also important as well as extensive experience working with individuals from different backgrounds.

Applicants must be fluent English speakers and possess a valid work permit if they are not a citizen of Qatar. Additionally, the successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Job Description

The main duties of this role will include creating tailored dietary plans based on individual patient’s needs; providing nutritional advice; monitoring patients’ progress; keeping accurate records; liaising with other healthcare professionals; and participating in relevant team meetings. The successful candidate should also be able to provide health education to both individuals and groups.
