We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and presenting meals of the highest quality, creating appealing menus and maintaining excellent standards of hygiene.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for good food and a creative flair. You must be knowledgeable about all aspects of cooking, including ingredients, techniques, and menu planning. You must also have an eye for detail when it comes to presentation and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Planning menus in consultation with the Head Chef
• Preparing ingredients for use in dishes
• Cooking meals according to instructions
• Ensuring all dishes are presented in an attractive manner
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Adhering to health & safety regulations

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• A high level of creativity when it comes to menu planning and presentation

Salary: 1500 AED/month (negotiable depending on experience). We are also willing to consider an immigrant candidate for this role.
