Barista – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Doha, Qatar with a salary of 1500 QAR. We are open to hiring a foreign candidate with no prior experience.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean working environment. The Barista must possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate an ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant must be able to:
• Greet customers courteously and take orders accurately
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to established recipes
• Maintain knowledge of current menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation techniques
• Clean the café area during shifts as needed
• Adhere to health safety standards at all times
• Be punctual & reliable
• Demonstrate an ability to work independently or as part of a team

The ideal candidate should have great customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, have basic computer skills, good problem solving abilities, and the ability to multi-task. If you think you have what it takes then we want to hear from you!
