Office clerk job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an organized and experienced Office Clerk to join our Administrative team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing administrative support to the team.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar position, preferably within a corporate environment.
The Office Clerk will have the following responsibilities:
• Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately
• Managing mail distribution, both incoming and outgoing
• Maintaining office supplies and equipment
• Processing invoices
• Maintaining customer records
• Preparing reports as required
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as necessary.
