Job Title: Office Clerk
Location: Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1300 AED per month
We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate must be organized, reliable and have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a good working knowledge of office procedures and computer applications.
The primary duties of the Office Clerk include but are not limited to:
• Managing the office calendar by scheduling appointments and meetings
• Answering incoming calls and handling inquiries from clients
• Preparing documents, reports and presentations
• Receiving, sorting, filing and forwarding incoming mail
• Ensuring that office supplies are maintained at sufficient levels
• Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
• Handling inquiries from customers or clients in a professional manner
• Maintaining the general tidiness of the office environment.
The successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organized and able to multitask as well as work well under pressure.
