Reef Al Fujairah City is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will be the point of contact between the company and its clients, as well as other departments within the business.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a person who is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on multiple tasks at once. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phone calls and emails, preparing documents such as letters or reports, scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing office activities, keeping track of files and records, greeting customers or visitors at the front desk, ordering supplies when necessary, managing databases, maintaining confidentiality in all areas of responsibility.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred. The salary for this position is 1100 AED per month. We are open to foreigners applying for this role as well!
