We are looking for an organized and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be in charge of running the restaurant, while maintaining high standards of customer service.

The Restaurant Manager's main responsibilities include training staff, managing the inventory and ordering of supplies, setting up menus, scheduling staff shifts, developing restaurant policies, controlling costs and budgets, and maintaining the overall atmosphere and quality of the establishment. The Restaurant Manager must also ensure that all staff adhere to health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good eye for detail, be able to multitask effectively and work well under pressure. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; we are open to considering foreigners with minimal work experience.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100 AED per month.
