Job Description:
The Barista is responsible for creating specialty drinks according to company recipes, interacting with customers in a friendly manner, preparing food items, managing inventory, maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe area, cash handling duties, providing excellent customer service, promoting the cafe's products, and upholding quality standards. The Barista must possess excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to multi-task effectively. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of coffee culture and coffee-making techniques as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
