We are seeking an experienced Tutor to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of tutoring experience, preferably with students of similar age groups and learning abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to students in the form of one-on-one tutoring sessions. They must be able to create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, provide feedback and develop strategies to help them reach their goals. They should also be able to foster positive relationships with students and provide emotional support when needed.

The Tutor must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be patient and understanding, and possess the ability to think on their feet when presented with challenging situations. A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred but not necessary; however, previous tutoring or teaching experience is required. The Tutor should also have a thorough knowledge of the curriculum they are teaching as well as an understanding of how best to motivate and engage students.

In return for their hard work, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 1100 per month for a full-time role; this may be negotiable for the right candidate. We welcome applications from foreign nationals who meet the requirements outlined above.
