Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai and manage the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate must have strong hospitality skills, excellent customer service abilities and a proven track record in managing teams. This position offers a salary of 1200 and we are open to considering applicants from abroad.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff management, customer service and financial performance.
• Train staff on proper customer service techniques, food handling protocols, and other operational requirements.
• Ensure that all safety standards are met and that all sanitation regulations are followed.
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction, boost sales and maximize profits.
• Monitor inventory levels on a regular basis to ensure that supplies are adequately stocked at all times.
• Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Analyze financial reports on a regular basis to determine areas of improvement or potential problems with the budget.
• Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of supplies needed for daily operations.
• Create promotional campaigns to drive new business opportunities for the restaurant.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry is required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and staff members alike.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy when dealing with numbers or accounts payable/receivable information. • Knowledgeable about food safety regulations as well as health code standards set by local authorities is necessary.
