Job Description:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, budgeting and forecasting, marketing and sales campaigns, event planning and implementation. The Restaurant Manager will ensure that our restaurant meets the highest standards of quality and service while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements for the Candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with customers and staff
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and POS systems
- Possess strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in Dubai or similar markets is preferred
