Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Reef Al Fujairah City, UAE
Salary: 1400 AED per month
We are looking for an experienced and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City, UAE. The successful candidate should be a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
The main responsibilities of the position include providing administrative support to the office staff, managing incoming/outgoing mail, maintaining filing systems, scheduling appointments and meetings, managing incoming phone calls and other general office duties. The Office Assistant will also be required to provide input into various reports and documents, as well as providing support for the day-to-day operations of the office.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. They should have excellent organizational and time management skills along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also essential.
