Job Description:

We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and be able to create delicious drinks and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee, tea, and juices according to customers’ orders.
• Follow all applicable health and safety regulations when preparing drinks.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Ring up customers on the register.
• Assist in stocking shelves with supplies.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to build relationships with customers quickly and efficiently.
• Previous experience as a barista or in a related field preferred.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail is essential for this role.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are beneficial but not necessary.

Salary: 1200 QR per month
