Crane Operator Vacancy in Umm-al-Qaiwain

We are seeking a Crane Operator with experience to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The salary is 1700 AED per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Must have at least 2 years of experience operating cranes
• Must possess excellent knowledge of cranes and their operations
• Must be licensed for crane operations
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Good physical health, ability to work in different weather conditions and lift heavy objects
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Good communication skills in English or Arabic language.

Job Description:
• Operate overhead cranes according to safety regulations and company policies
• Ensure proper inspection of all crane components before use
• Perform necessary maintenance on cranes regularly as required by the manufacturer’s manual or company policy guidelines
• Identify and report any mechanical failure, damage or malfunction of the crane immediately to supervisor or manager
• Set up cranes safely; adjust tension on cables, brakes, chains, ropes etc., as per the requirements
• Secure load properly using appropriate slings, spreader bars, shackles etc. before moving it
• Monitor load handling operations constantly; control boom angle during hoisting or lowering operations

Salary: 1700 AED per month
