Job Title: Librarian

Salary: 1800 AED

Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Librarian to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our library, including maintaining records of books, periodicals, and other materials; assisting patrons with research and reference inquiries; and interpreting library policies and procedures.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a librarian or similar position
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Proficiency in using library management systems, databases, and other technology related to libraries
• Knowledge of research methods and techniques used in libraries
• Ability to use discretion when dealing with confidential materials
• Ability to work flexible hours if needed
