Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Barista to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate should have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity for an experienced or inexperienced candidate to join our team and grow with us.

The main responsibilities of the Barista include but are not limited to:
• Prepare high-quality coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout shift.
• Provide knowledgeable answers and suggestions to customers regarding coffees, teas, pastries, and other items on sale.
• Take and process orders quickly while maintaining accuracy.
• Responsible for cash management including taking payments from customers and making accurate change.
• Assist with restocking of inventory items as needed.
• Greet customers upon arrival in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Previous experience working as Barista or related role preferred but not required. We are ready to consider an immigrant; however, you must be legally authorized to work in Qatar.
• Good knowledge of preparation techniques for coffee drinks (espresso, latte etc.)
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers of diverse backgrounds
• Ability to remain professional during busy periods
