Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing coffee-based beverages as well as other hot and cold drinks according to customer requests. They must also maintain a clean and organized work area. This includes stocking ingredients, cleaning equipment, taking inventory of supplies, and restocking shelves when necessary. The Barista must also ensure that customers are served in a timely manner with quality beverages. They should also provide excellent customer service by answering questions regarding menu items, making recommendations, and addressing any complaints or concerns that customers might have.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous barista experience preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of various beverage preparation techniques
• Immigrant with valid immigration status welcomed
