Job Title: Land Surveyor

Location: Al Shamkhah City, United Arab Emirates

Salary: 1200 AED per month

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join us in Al Shamkhah City, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying land and providing accurate maps and other documents related to the area. The Land Surveyor must have excellent knowledge of surveying principles and technologies.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

• Conducting surveys using a variety of instruments and techniques such as total stations, GPS receivers, optical levels, theodolites, etc.;
• Analyzing survey data and preparing maps;
• Interpreting aerial photographs;
• Preparing reports for clients;
• Identifying potential risks or problems related to land surveying activities;
• Coordinating with other professionals such as engineers, architects, lawyers, etc., when needed.
• Strictly adhering to safety regulations.

The ideal candidate must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Geomatics or a related field;
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor;
• Excellent knowledge of surveying principles and technologies;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Ability to interpret aerial photographs accurately;
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English (verbal & written);
• Must be willing to work abroad in foreign countries if the job requires it.
